This Keto low carb porridge recipe is ideal for the keto diet and at the same time provides your body with a large amount of fiber, it is rich, quite devoid of carbohydrates, delicious and well loaded before the gym!
The Keto low carb porridge can be eaten at room temperature or can be taken with you wherever you go. It’s a delicious, hearty low-carb breakfast with chia seeds and cocoa beans

Ingredients

  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 1/5 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 25 g hemp seeds
  • 16 g almond flour
  • 25 g grated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon of flax seeds
  • 1 small pinch of salt

Decoration

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 18 g shelled almonds
  • 1 teaspoon erythritol
  • 40 g fresh blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa beans

Instructions

  1. Put the almond milk with the vanilla powder in a small saucepan and bring gently to the boil. Stir in hemp seeds, almond flour, grated coconut, flax seeds and salt. Simmer half covered for about 6 minutes. Stir regularly.
  2. Meanwhile chop the almonds, wash and dry the blackberries.
  3. fill the bowls with the keto porridge and garnish with chopped almonds, blackberries, almond butter, cocoa beans, chia seeds erythritol
